- 1/4 cup powdered sugar substitute

- 1/3 cup cashew butter (or almond butter)

- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 chocolate sandwich cookies (or homemade protein cookies)
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp crushed cookie pieces
- White chocolate drizzle (optional)
