- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts

Toast 1 cup pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes until fragrant
