- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Zest of 3 limes
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Extra coconut for topping
