- 1 cup rolled oats
- 10 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 vanilla beans (or 2 tsp vanilla bean paste)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- White chocolate chips for decoration (optional)
