Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour (besan)

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cashews (chopped fine)
  • 2 tbsp pistachios (chopped fine)
  • 1 tbsp rose petals (dried, food-grade)
  • 1/2 tsp additional ground cardamom
  • Pinch of saffron (soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp dried rose petals
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar substitute

Instructions
