- 1/3 cup ghee (or coconut oil, melted)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cashews (chopped fine)
- 2 tbsp pistachios (chopped fine)
- 1 tbsp rose petals (dried, food-grade)
- 1/2 tsp additional ground cardamom
- Pinch of saffron (soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp dried rose petals
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar substitute

Heat a dry skillet over medium-low heat
