  • 1/3 cup mashed banana (1 medium)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
